Laptops, Rims, and iPhones Oh my!

My recent 30th birthday was possibly the biggest birthday I ever had. It even topped the great 21st birthday. Not only did I get everything I wanted but I was able to enjoy it with all of my friends and family! Candy went above and beyond the call of duty to make me happy by getting me new rims for the TransAm, a new Netbook, and an iPhone. Not to mention the California flying trip! I defiantly owe her a trip to Australia or something. My rims turned out great, in fact it will lead me to my very last mod which is lowering the car a couple inches. The Netbook was for my California trip which worked out very well, I was able to see my loving wife from thousands of miles away! And lastly I got the iPhone which i've been dreaming about for months now.

My family got me some great gag gifts which included a pilot hat, an ensign Wesley Crusher action figure from the TV Series Star Trek the Next Generation. "because i'm a pilot n00b". and a mini xbox that contained a gift card from my good friends Brad and Lisa. I also got tons of other gift cards from everyone else which i'll stimulate the economy with of course!

Thank you everyone for making my 30th birthday the most memorable one ever!

California Trip 2.0

Candy was gracious enough to let me go to California for my birthday so I could learn to fly with Bdowney and see Myrone. My four day adventure started when Brian picked me up at the General aviation section at Sacramento International. Our two hour flight took us to a small town called Redding. After our second day of flying and getting to take off twice, Brian stalled the plane, performed 45* turns and recovered from a 20knot crosswind without harming the Cessna 172n. The third day Brian drove me to Sacramento to meet up with Myrone. After a early visit to Fry's and In and Out we decided to go indoor go-karting which was very professional and we got to dress up in racing suits! Since I felt so professional with my racer suit I beat Myrone which shocked and angered him so much that he analyzed the result slips for hours. After that we drove back to the Myrone house and did more site seeing until we passed out watching the Iron Monkey movie. Thank you Brian and Myrone for an unforgettable 30th birthday trip! you guys ROCK!
